You know what is the real problem in team? It is attitude and behavior.
All the players , including coaches and Ijaz BUTT suppose them a PM or CM or a grade 22 bureaucrat at least . They do not want to make any effort. They thought that a peon or secretary should do this job.
For example , they like batting, looks officer to bat and hit a ball.. but running between wickets is terrible, so run out, no problem. It was not their job.
Fielding is very bad. you look peon. specially running behind ball to save 4s, very very bad.....
At least they can have a dog to catch and run behind the ball.
And policies and corruption, oh my God, better than Zardari.....
Can some body tell them , you are not Zardari or Gillani...
You are playing with professionals, If you cant, just leave the place for others... Lots are waiting.... :roll:

There is no professional approach to the game. Honestly, most of the guys even do not respect representing country.
The real problem is in the process of their grooming to the national team. Naturally very talented cricketers make their way to the national team with out professional back ground. In the beginning every guy throws himself around the ball and give his best to cement his place in the team. As, he starts realizing that now he is needed, the unprofessional hidden nature in him starts showing up. Hence, he sees himself greater than the dignity of playing for a nation. Almost all of them had no money to buy a trouser.When find themselves in millions, soon forget the past.
Unless and Until there is a proper system of grooming them technically, physically and mentally, this chaos will not wind up.
Current situation of the team is the solid example of my argument.
Younis is a naturally born leader. He was not let to do his job. How could Shoaib Malik digest Younis as a captain when Malik was replaced by him. It is not just about Malik's weak digestive system but history of Pakistan cricket is full of such patients.
Afirdi, who really did not even deserve his place in the team until last couple of years, found a great opportunity to destabilize Younis's leadership. He found great partner in shape of Malik and later joined by Misbah, Akmal and Co.
Similar is the case with Yousaf. He is simple and honest person though not a natural leader. How in the world would these folks see him being a leader. They did not let aggressive younis, forget about simple yousaf.
What can be done on temporary basis?
Cricket board should get strict on players. Until now players are dictating the board. It should be the other way around. Players involved in grouping should be warned seriously. Captain should be announced for long tenure so that the greedy eyes can better concentrate on the ball rather than captaincy. Selection should be very much on merit rather than seniority complex or past performances. Appoint a young local coach, no outsiders.
For future planning....fix domestic system.
