Totally agree he was not able to carry out free and fair elections, as he has proved totally incompetent. Why did he not just say I cannot carry out this task. I think he has proved to be a selection and corruption chief. I had a lot of faith in him however it is true. The EC was constituted illegally and now they have proved this was all by design. They have made IK focus on NA250 and NA125 and forget about the rest.
