How to get rid of Dirty Harrys in establishment?

The majority who joins the army consists of Patriots who put national interests ahead of personal gains. Unfortunately, only the Dirty Harrys have made it to the top and apart from looting from general public's tax, they are now using the public resources against the public only. Severe cases of abductions, torture and murders against innocent civilians are being seen that had never been seen throughout the history. My question here is how can the soldiers who join the army for sole purpose of serving their country stand these bad fish? Moreover, they must be amongst the ones who are protecting the Dirty Harrys giving them protocol. If they can't stop them, can't they get rid of them through Mumtaz-Qadri-Model?

I expect a decent and constructive discussion instead of criticism or a fatwa that I am a RAW agent. Remember, a journalist and an innocent young man was killed along with indefinite disappearances of peaceful patriots.

you do not get it, they are all dirty harrys. they do not join army because they are more patriotic than you and me but they join it because of the Perks and to have a privileged and expedited lifestyle. We should obliterate ISI and get rid of Army as well (the sooner the better) because they are the predecessors of East India Company. they do not work for the people of pakistan but their masters in Britain and US of A.
