Recently, Khan said that as a Prime Minister, he accepted orders of General Bajwa & General Faez and filed a judicial refernce against the 2nd senior most Justice Qazi Faez Issa (soon to be Chief Justice) of Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Today, Rana Sana has mentioned that government has formed an exploratory legal committee to investigate and report if a case can be filed against Imran Khan for breaking oath of office by accepting illegal orders from some one and a malafide intent executed against a senior most justice of Pakistan.

Any sane legal counsel will tell you that this is very explosive as Prime Minister Khan admitted taking orders from others against his oath of office. Plus, he will need a brave lawyer to defend him against a sitting Chief Justice (Qazi taking oath soon).
