I am starting this thread as a reaction to many comments from my brothers and sisters during World cup semi final. Most of them wrote that as we are praying and Allah is with us, so we will win in any case. When I replied that there are equal number of Muslims in India as well and also that Allah is not only our God, but He is God of all the Universe, then my brothers got angry on me and when had no logical reply, then they asked me to start a new thread for this purpose and not to mix it with sports thread which I accepted and now I am posting this new thread.
I have many questions to ask and a lot to discuss but to keep it simple and short I want to say that this is not just keeping the prayer mats and Tasbeeh counters that wins, what wins in the end is hard work , loyalty to cause and sincerity. People make everything a fight between Muslims and non Muslims, but believe me there is hardly any other Muslim country as well who thinks like us, we are emotional fools and thats why we are n this stage today. The moderate Muslim countries are doing well and the Pakistans, Afghanistans, Saudi Arabs etc are all plunging deep in troubles and going backwards instead of developing.
This emotionalism can be a plus if proper leadership is provided but here we have the same old Moulvis and religious scholars who take us back to 1400 years and not moving with time. If our nation is so beloved to Allah and our religious leaders are so pious, then why our prayers dont come true. If India is a hindu, musrik land then why they are developing so fast? The reason is that we are basically thieves, dis honest and narrow-minded people who are divided in so many factions that I cant even count. Starting from race to sects and from language to tribes..... we a re just a crowd and not a nation.
I want to conclude here with the fact that dont involve religion and beliefs in every walk of life, first get some worth in world from hard work, honesty and sincerity and then claim to be Allah's beloved.
