Japan dumping its radioactive nuclear-contaminated water

This grave matter needs to be taken to the UN Security Council for a debate and some collective solution. Unilaterally dumping this radioactive material into the Pacific Ocean will be a disaster. I'm sure this debate can produce a positive result in the best interest of humanity and wildlife.
