I think there is a way to stop drone atacks on Pakistan and that is to make an intercontinental misile.
Once we have that they will never dare to atack us again.

Another method of stopping is to stop all supply to USA and NATO forces in afghanistan. They get 90% of their supplies through Pakistan. Cut that off and stop cooperation on so called terrorist war . then see what happens to these american haramis in afghanistan. taliban are already kicking their butt. after that they will swallow them alive.
