QASURI IS TALKING TO THE MEDIA:

He said that Musharaf is confident and in cheerful mode.
He said don't ask questions about the base like a criminal have escaped.

Question: Ranger's commander who was protecting Musharaf was not breaking the law?
Qasuri: The court cannot issue the notice of arrest. It could only direct the establishment.

Qasuri: this is a unique order in the history of Pakistan's judicial system. That in a bailable offense such drastic action would ridicule the judiciary. The High Court cannot issue such order. Only police has the right to charge someone.

Qasuri: We would abide by the Law. Those who used to call president Musharaf a dictator, he has presented himself to the Judiciary, now it is up to the Judiciary to perform its duties.

In response to a question, if Musharaf house is made a sub jail?
Qasuri answered, an order has to be passed first, then it has to pass to Musharaf to sign and for his information that his house is now declared a jail.

I still remember sc issuinv orders to arrest raja rental. What happened to that order. If judicary wants to look fair then they should allow the trail to completed before ordering arrest orders. Where is asama jhangir? If hussian haqqanis fundamental rights were violated then what about mush.

I have lost respect for Supreme Court and Chaudhry Iftikhar.....now you all tell me one thing....Why Chaudhry Iftikhar doesn't clean up his own house...

Most of you will agree with me...does the Cases of Common Man been resolved amicably and the Answer is NO..did the people get Justice promptly and quickly the Answer is NO. People's cases are pending in courts for years and no action is taken by the Chief Justice Chaudhry Iftikhar...my point is WHY.....How many of you have gone to the courts to witness this themselves.

When I visited Pakistan ( Karachi) to transfer my dead father's property to my mother's name I witnessed it myself the corruption in the Justice system. People were going from Pillar to Post to get their cases resolved but no results....Cases were lingering for years...In History Chaudhry Ifitikhar will be remembered for Political cases but he himself has not taken action to give Common people quick justice through it's Judiciary ...Clean the back log of cases for the people who are suffering & are poor.

Judges have allowed fake degree holders, looters, tax evaders, and many criminals free pass to contest electeion. Here is a middle class man who was promoted on merit and many cases were made in his absence. Judges are showing 100% bias and vendetta. President is never present when a murder takes place unless he orders, and making him responsible is mockery of justice. CJ & Aitzaz did not follow constitution by NOT taking reference to SJC. They took on road and violated constitution. Can anyone answer this???? Qasuri is right, the matter will go to international institutions as well. All looters and fraud are contesting elections.

Running away from Court after rejection of bail is such a thuggish thing that not only he has given very bad name to himself but his country. What other people would say that Pakistan's Ex President runaway from court like a petty criminal. And you know he is being bracketed with Anjum Aqeel. Do you still feel proud to be his counsel.
