Some of my senior colleagues, who belongs to PMLN & MQM , though happy that PTI was disgraced but objected on the decision. It was their opinion that Judiciary doesn't want to be in bad books of govt, thats why this vague report. They could have done better and forced the ideas which are required for free and fair elections. One said something about giving seats on basis of total vote count.
Anyway, they aren't run of the mill patwaris or bhatakhor, but highly educated individuals.

Bhai, if you are asking about just the verdict then verdict had to come on TORs
and TOR were on two main Organized Rigging and Stolen Mendate
and question you are asking is Rigging on individual level
How can see this as an answer to a question which has not been asked (individual rigging)
Now I think blame should go to whoever agreed on these TORs
Personally, I was hoping for a better performance from PTI in court
but best acting performance came outside the court room and nothing inside
They did not bring 35 puncture tape
Truck load of Saboot they had been showing in a corner of room
Former CJ's involvement and Ramday's directions to ROs
It looked like a lost case for PTI from week 2 when they started saying Saboot Thailon Main Hain
Knowing JC will not open all the bags as its TOR did not allow it to do so, that's tribunal's domain
Best case scenario for PTI was 2-1, a face saving verdict but 3-0 will damage them further
Its time for Opponents to go on attack and first shot has been fired by SS
It may be difficult to target Musharraf but naming Pasha will not be such a no go area
as he took CIA job a day after his retirement which is not liked by even within Brass rank and file...

Theclause organized rigging cannot be proved as there was not oral or factualwitness that could prove that rigging was organized by Nawaz Sharif & hisparty.
PTIproduced witnesses of rigging at large but couldnt produce any witness toprove involvement of Nawaz Sharif & his party.
Commissionadmitted that rigging was done in election but that was not organized by NawazSharif.
Weshouldn't blame judicial commission but we should blame those who added thisclause in agreement.
Allevidences produced in commission were in support of rigging at large scale

بھائی مجھے پتا تھا آپ منظم دھاندھلی ثابت کرنے میں پی ٹی ای کی ناکامی پر ہی بات کرینگے اسی لئے میں نے پہلے ہی کہا تھا کہ اس سے ہٹ کر بتائیں
آپ کہتے ہیں کہ سارا کیس منظم دھاندھلی پر تھا
جبکہ حقیقت میں ایسا نہیں
تین ٹی او آر تھے
١) کیا الیکشن صاف اور شفاف تھے
٢) کیا سازش یا منظم دھاندھلی کی گئی
٣) کیا نتیجہ عوامی راۓ کا عکاس ہے؟؟
میں دوسرے اور تیسرے پر کہہ سکتا ہوں پی ٹی ای ہار جاتی
مگر پہلے نقطے پر جوڈیشل کمیشن کے پاس کوئی جواز نہیں تھا کہ پورے الیکشن کو کلین چٹ دے کر کہدے کہ الیکشن صاف اور شفاف تھے...اس طرح کمیشن نے آئندہ کے لئے بھی اصلاحات کے عمل کو مشکل بنا دیا
حتی کے کراچی کا الگ سے ذکر کر کے بھی اسے صاف اور شفاف کہدیا
جس کا پوری کراچی کی آبادی گواہ ہے کہ ٢٠١٣ میں کیا ہوا

Bhai, I can understand the kind of Dhaldli you may have witnessed
this can not be called fair elections
but then IK assumed the responsibility of proving all this
Govt knew what happened in Karachi but they are not stupid to weaken their case
so they would be last one to give evidence in Karachi rigging
and then NA246 did help them too,
that was the stronghold of MQM where this result cold be expected
but not in all the constituencies in Karachi
If you remember my posts after end of Dharna and before formation of JC
I had stated that PTI should not go for JC but let this be question mark on Noon Govt
JC will endorse Noon Govt, which is exactly what we see now
Let me turn tables of question this time

Why did they pass this verdict
Why is IK still showing confidence in the judgement ..
