This is an article by attorney Fesial H naqvi titled "Shame on you, Mr Khan".
Its not worth replying as its the usual collection of hyperbole, half truths and omissions that constitutes Express Tribune 6 article a week crusade against PTI and IK.
The Military, ANP and PPP the powers that be of course never challenged for their utter incompetence.
Its all IK fault. It always is.
He also is careful to conceal the whole truth. That is the attack on Malala was carried out by Swatis holed up in Kunar. He has no criticism for ISAF and Afghan Government or our Army which cant deal with this group.
He has nothing to say about the role of media that had no qualms in putting a 11 years old in harms way.
Note:Some one actually had the Dil ka zoor to answer these repeated ad nauseaum vacuous talking points here:http://blogs4pti.wordpress.com/2012/10/16/shame-on-you-feisal-h-naqvi/
But shame on him for using a 14 tragedy to push his agenda and as fodder for his demagoguery and also shame on him for endangering Pakistans future and viability.
This is far more important than the current hysterics and crocodile tears by our so called "Liberals" over Malala the only Pashtun victim they ever have cared for.
This was the biggest blow to Pakistan position and the Indus Water treaty. Creating a precedent that makes Paksitan long terms prospect very dim.
Not once has he explained his actions in decimating Pakistan case and yet here he is every second week pontificating to the rest of us on the pages of Express Tribune.
Shame on you Mr Naqvi.
If I were you I would hide in a hole for the rest of your life but for some shame simply does not exist.

Row over legal team for Kishanganga Dam case
ISLAMABAD Pakistan has been unable over the past six months to decide on a legal expert to represent it in arbitration proceedings over Kishanganga Dam being built by India because the ministry of water and power and the law and justice division cannot agree on a name.According to sources, the minister for water and power insists on retaining Prof James Crawford and his team despite strong opposition from the law and justice division which is responsible for legal proceedings and appoints external legal counsel.
“A team that failed Pakistan against India on one front cannot be expected to win on another front,” a legal expert said. A few years ago, Prof Crawford and his team, comprising Barrister Samuel Wordsworth and Faisal Hussain Naqvi, lost Pakistan`s case on the Baglihar project which, according to the expert, was “legally and technically a strong case for this country and should have been a piece of cake”.
An arbitrator decided the case in India`s favour and also gave rulings favouring that country on issues which had not been raised by either side.
Some sections in the government are reported to have reservations about the expertise of Prof Crawford, Barrister Wordsworth and Mr Naqvi, the local consultant, in the relevant field.
An international law expert said the government needed to proceed carefully and with a defined strategy. He said the ministry of water and power wanted to retain a team which lacked expertise in dealing with matters relating to water and territorial matters.
At an inter-ministerial meeting held on May 6, Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf decided that the old team would be replaced by Prof Kayan Kaikobad for the Kishanganga project.
The name of Prof Kaikobad — a specialist in land and maritime issues and highly regarded in the area of public international law — was recommended by Pakistan`s mission in the United Kingdom on instructions from Prime Minister`s Special Assistant on Water Resources and Agriculture Kamal Majeedullah. The mission in the United States had also been asked to recommend an expert for the case.
However, the following day the minister changed his mind and insisted on retaining the old team.
Documents reveal that the minister was won over by Commissioner for Indus Waters Jamaat Ali Shah who argued in favour of retaining Prof Crawford and his team
Mr Shah was of the opinion that the team “is well versed with Kishanganga issues in consideration of the experience gained in the Baglihar case”.
My note: Read below another article about this Jamaal ALi shah a certifiable traitor. What gave him the supreme confidence in Feisal H naqvi incompetence?)
The documents show that while the debate centred on making a choice between Prof Crawford and Pr Kaikobad, the pleadings in the Baglihar case had been largely prepared Mr Naqvi who, according to an official, is not known for expertise and experience in matters pertaining to water disputes.
Legal and technical experts questioned Mr Shah`s legal competence on the issue and wondered why the team involved in the Baglihar case had not been relieved of its duties after having lost the case.My note: Instead of even a tiny bit of remorse Mr Naqvi offers this tepid non explanation. He does acknowledges that his incompetence may unravel the entire Indus Water Treaty.

The sources said that the inter-departmental tussle had taken such a serious turn that the law and justice division had threatened to dissociate itself from the issue if the ministries of water and power and foreign affairs continued to pursue the case without preparing a comprehensive legal strategy.

Judicial inquiry commission to probe Jamaat Ali Shah
February 12, 2012

Bachon thats what a traitor looks like
India has been exploiting IWT as a weapon of water war against Pakistan by building dams and other works on our Western Rivers; the Chenab, Jhelum and the Indus in flagrant violation of the Treaty. It seemed as if Jamaat Ali Shah was more a lapdog of India than watchdog for Pakistan, allegedly rewarded handsomely. His pro-India role appeared more clearly in his failure regarding construction of 190 feet high Nimoo-Bazgo dam in Leh district. Another dam being built by India was the 140 feet high Chuttak on the Suru River, a tributary of the Indus in Kargil district. Jamaat Shah did not visit either of the dams built by India in blatant breach of IWT.
Another report added that he “has provided a cushion to the Indian government on Siachen by remaining silent during the period 2007-2009 and not raising any objection during Pak-Indian talks at Pre-eminent Commission on Indus Waters.” The said projects will reduce flows of the Indus River, the lifeline of Pakistan. Shah also seemed of help to India regarding the controversial 425 feet high Baglihar Dam on the Chenab in held Kashmir. India had notified Pakistan of its intention to build Baglihar dam 6 months in advance in 1992 as required under IWT. Pakistan raised objections to its design. Shah wasted 13 years in fruitless correspondence with Indian counterpart before moving the World Bank in 2005 for appointment of a Neutral Expert. It gave India enough time to complete 85 percent of the project. Neutral Expert released his verdict on 12 February 2007. It was a win-win decision for India. But the then Minister Water and Power and Mr. Jamaat Shah celebrated the verdict as a “great victory for Pakistan.” Similarly Mr. Shah took extraordinary long time to refer complaint to International Court of Arbitration at the Hague late in 2010 regarding Kishanganga project being built in infringement of the Treaty by India on the Kishanganga River (Neelum in Pakistan) a tributary of the Jhelum in held Kashmir.
As Chairman of Save Water Save Pakistan Forum and Ex Chief Advisor of United Nations I appeal the Chief Justice of Pakistan to order a judicial inquiry commission headed by a Supreme Court Judge including a Chief Engineer of Punjab Irrigation Department experienced in the operation of canal networks as a technical member and also a lawyer well versed in international law particularly of riparian water rights, to probe the matter of deliberate negligence of duty by Pakistan’s Indus Water Commissioner Jamaat Ali Shah who escaped to Canada despite his name being on the Exit Control List.
He held a vital post regarding the implementation of Indus Water Treaty. A probe also found him guilty of having failed to take effective steps against the construction of Nimoo Bazgo Dam on the Indus by India in occupied Kashmir in infringement of the Treaty. There is an urgent need for an independent inquiry into the mechanism and the working in the matters relating to Indus Water Treaty implementation.

Explain to us Feisal Naqvi why you and your Patron screwed Pakistan over so thoroughly.
All the Taliban in the world could not so thoroughly damage this country and its future.
Our coming generation and viability as nation has been put in jeopardy by the likes of you .
Was it a crime of blithering incompetence in Faisal Naqvi part or does he also have a fat check and an asylum in Canada waiting for him.
And yet you they still have No shame....
