Note : I have no intention to abuse or look down upon to any religion , its just a compariso

I just wonder has any one notice these similarities between Christian and Hindus

1) They both believe that God came down to earth and became human and died here "God-incarnated " i.e God in human flesh

Both of them also believe that one of the reason why God came down to earth is He wanted to know how its feels to be a human ,

Both of them also reject Unitarian concept of God

2) They both dont do circumcision

3) Both of them have festivals which not only are very similar but almost at the same time of year as well ...

e.g Dewali and Halloween and Bonfire >>>>> both of these festivals are celebrated at this times of the year with fireworks outdoors

There may other similarities why i dont know.....

On the ther Hand Muslims are very very closed to Jews

1) We both believe Unitarian concept of God

2) both of "us" are circumcised ( even though i still look for the person who did that to me :banghead::swordfight: ...lol......just a joke )

3) Both , Jews and Muslims , dont eat Harm ... Pork etc ....

even a Muslim can eat "Koshar " meat if he cant find "Halal"..... they both slaughter

4) the believe of "Akhirat " and "Hisab o Kitab " is similar

Note : I have never hated Jews and i cant hate them just because they are Jews ....

yes I believe in "Palestine cause " ,

but i dont believe that all our Problems are because of Jews

There is one more similarity. Krishna and Christ. Krishna Janma is celebrated at 12 midnight and christ was also born at mid-night. Note the similarities in the name krishna and christ. Christ was born to virgin mary and Krishna was born in captivity and was brought up by another woman. Read more below.

You may find it surprising that much of Christianity originated from India. Indeed, over the centuries, numerous historians and sages have pointed out that not only has Hinduism had a predominant influence on Christianity, but that many of the Christian rites could be directly borrowed from Hindu (Vedic) India. French historian Alain Danielou had noticed as early as 1950 that "a great number of events which surround the birth of Christ - as it is related in the Gospels - strangely reminded us of Buddha's and Krishna's legends." Danielou quotes as examples the structure of the Christian Church, which resembles that of the Buddhist Chaitya; the rigorous asceticism of certain early Christian sects, which reminds one of the asceticism of Jain and Buddhist saints; the veneration of relics, the usage of holy water, which is an Indian practice, and the word "Amen," which comes from the Hindu (Sanskrit) "OM."
Another historian, Belgium's Konraad Elst, also remarks "that many early Christian saints, such as Hippolytus of Rome, possessed an intimate knowledge of Brahmanism." Elst even quotes the famous Saint Augustine who wrote: "We never cease to look towards India, where many things are proposed to our admiration."
Unfortunately, remarks American Indianist David Frawley, "from the second century onwards, Christian leaders decided to break away from the Hindu influence and show that Christianity only started with the birth of Christ." Hence, many later saints began branding Brahmins as "heretics," and Saint Gregory set a future trend by publicly destroying the "pagan" idols of the Hindus.
Great Indian sages, such as Sri Aurobindu and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living, have often remarked that the stories recounting how Jesus came to India to be initiated are probably true. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar notes, for instance, that Jesus sometimes wore an orange robe, the Hindu symbol of renunciation of the world, which was not a usual practice in Judaism. "In the same way," he continues, "the worshiping of Virgin Mary in Catholicism is probably borrowed from the Hindu cult of Devi." Bells too, which cannot be found today in Synagogues, the surviving form of Judaism, are used in church-and we all know their importance in Buddhism and Hinduism for thousands of years, even up to the present day.

There are many other similarities between Hinduism and Christianity, including the use of incense, sacred bread (prasadam), the different altars around churches (which recall the manifold deities in their niches inside Hindu temples), reciting prayers on the rosary (Vedic japamala), the Christian Trinity (the ancient Vedic trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva as the creator, maintainer and destroyer respectively, as well as Lord Krishna as the Supreme Lord, the all-pervading Brahman as the holy ghost, and Paramatma as the expansion or son of the Lord), Christian processions, and the use of the sign of the cross (anganyasa), and so many others. Visit the link for page 2. Has lot more information.

In India some muslims keep Ganesh idols also. Many worship the goddess. I am posting a video by Dr.Zakir Naik. It might be interesting for people to understand the similarities although i don't necessarily subscribe to Dr.Naik's interpretations. Hope you have some way to access youtube.

Sir Jeee.... if your post is correct then what do you say to the following ???????

Your post is a collection of misguidance and evil in nature. Before you try to defame any one... go through Quran.

"Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians -- whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord. And there will be no fear for them, nor shall they grieve" (2:62).

"...and nearest among them in love to the believers will you find those who say, 'We are Christians,' because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant" (5:82).

Muhsin Khan (Quran 5:82)

Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikun (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.

"O you who believe! Be helpers of God -- as Jesus the son of Mary said to the Disciples, 'Who will be my helpers in (the work of) God?' Said the disciples, 'We are God's helpers!' Then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved. But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed" (61:14).

Quran 5:66

And if only they had acted according to the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), and what has (now) been sent down to them from their Lord (the Quran), they would surely have gotten provision from above them and from underneath their feet. There are from among them people who are on the right course (i.e. they act on the revelation and believe in Prophet Muhammad SAW like 'Abdullah bin Salam), but many of them do evil deeds.

I am not having a go at either Christianity or Hinduism. Similarities are that both believe the almighty transforms himself in to human beings. In Hinduism the one God takes many forms where as in Christianity it is 3 in 1 with Hadrath Isa(as) being the literal son of God!!!:13::13:
