I think KPK should close its border to Punjab in that case. Just like Chota Noora Showbaaz had done in the past by either stopping wheat to the KPK or banning setting up the camps for the IDP's in Punjab.

There should be check posts throughout the border and every punjabi entering there must be asked to eat Naswaar and curse Sharifs. Failure to do so should result in their chittar parade and immediate deportation to the Punjabi mainland where they will kiss Noora Assess

I dont believe in closing borders because it discourages trade. Even afghan refugee situation has been mishandled because these people were not kept in camps back in 80s. if a rich afghanis wants to get treatment in peshawar than well in good. But there has to be process to identify immigrants and monitor/limit their activities. for eg, they should not be allowed buy property.

Many people go to india from around the world to get expensive procedures done. Medical tourism is a big business.
