9 hours agoWe have a similar situation here in Germany. The funny thing is, as a nursing student you learn that all patients are treated equally. This is absolutely not the case. If you have money you can afford private Healthcare, which means you get faster access to doctors and overall better treatment. I have worked at a state run hospital on a privately insured station at the hospital. The hospitals rooms look like 4 star hotel accommodations, equipped with a separate lounge, healthy snacks, fresh coffee. The patients are served healthier meals from the cantina. This floor is also ALWAYS fully staffed and stocked. When I found out that patients on this privately insured floor have the office number for the charge doctor, I was shocked. It's absolutely not fair for all of the other patients whose health is declining more quickly because they're denied speedy access.

11 hours ago (edited)The day after I read this documentary I noticed that King Charles' living expenses had risen by almost 50% to £125 million a year. He is a very rich man who can afford to support himself and the rest of the royal household. It is a symbol of Tory Britain. Give to the rich in advance and let the poor live and die in poverty.
