Views of Dr. Zakir Naik about building a Hindu Temple in Islamabad

It's basically a four year old video....Back in 2020 when Imran Khan was prime minister of Pakistan and religious fanatics created an uproar when heard about construction of a Hindu Temple in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Wondering if any of the members over here, especially those who live overseas in Western world, agree with such sort of mindset. I know some people might say that Oh look a Youthiya is trying to target Dr. Zakir Naik simply with intention of taking revenge from the state/establishment. But let's analyze it with a fair/open mind. Do such things really make sense in modern world given that tons of Masajid have been built in USA, Canada, Australia and UK etc...within last 20 years.

There is nothing wrong if non-Muslims construct a church or a temple in a Muslim State, as long as they fund the project.
I know in the US, Muslims raise money to build a Mosque.

That is why I do not fall for these fake peddlers of Islam. The Quran nowhere says that a non-Muslim can not have thier place of worship.
Zakir also quoted an irrelevant verse to justify his stand that Temples and Churches were not to be built in an Islamic State.

you cannot compare Islamic state to any other state, but regardless Pakistan is an Islamic state or not a Muslim cannot contribute towards anything that is related to Shirk or goes against teaching of Islam.

a Hindu can build its temple on its own but a Islamic Government or any other Muslim cannot spend any money on the temple or church but the its the government responsibility to protect them

What Dr Zakir Naik said is correct and I agree with that
