Zartaj Gul to replace Hoodbhoy as Physics professor at FC College

The Federal Minister for Climate Change Zartaj Gul Wazir has been appointed as visiting professor of physics at the Forman Christian College, Lahore.

“We welcome Ms Wazir as she joins our faculty,” said Dr James E Tebbe. “Her desire to balance her role as a federal minister with her desire to teach children is admirable.”

“We feel she would make an excellent teacher of PHY302 Astrophysics, and that despite there being a gap of some years, she has retained not just the mathematical acuity but also a detailed working knowledge of all college-level physics courses, not just Astro, in which, of course, her knowledge exceeds most grad-school students in the US,” he said.

When contacted, Ms Wazir said she hopes to be able to perform her new duties well.
