سنی اتحاد کونسل کو صرف اس وجہ سے نشستیں نہیں ملیں کہ اس نے ان کے لئے اپلائی نہیں کیا؟ جسٹس منصور علی شاہ کا وفاقی حکومت کے نمائندے ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل سے سوال

ہمیں نوٹس ہی جاری نہیں ہوا، ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل

عدالت نے الیکشن کمیشن کو فوری طور پر طلب کر لیا، اٹارنی جنرل کو بھی نوٹس جاری، کیس کی سماعت میں 11:30 بجے تک وقفہ، روزانہ کی بنیاد پر سماعت کر کے کیس کا فیصلہ کریں گے

I am still anxious how this bench was allocated this case.
This case can't be allocated to such a bench until it is not fixed against PTI.
I can 100% guarantee that bat symbol case was fixed. Election commission could never dare to go for appeal if it was not fix match.

جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کے پہلے سوال سے ہی یعنی...... سیاسی جماعت کو اتنی ہی مخصوص نشستیں مل سکتی ہیں جتنی جیتی ہوئی نشستوں کے تناسب سے ان کی بنتی ہیں.... سے ہی اندازہ ہو گیا کہ پی ٹی آئی/سنی اتحاد کونسل کو سیٹیں ملیں نہ ملیں لیکن چوروں کو یہ سیٹیں نہیں مل سکتیں . اگر اسی ایک نکتے پر قانون کے مطابق فیصلہ آ گیا تو قاضی پانچ مہینے بعد گھر میں برتن ہی دھویا کرے گا

I agree, mostly fixed matches since Qazi fraudia has become a CJ. I would be surprised if we get a decision in PTI's favour. I am wondering if Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Munib Akhtar have pushed the demoralised Qazi for this bench, although I still believe Mansoor Ali Shah is also company's man.

Now PTI elected members have been accepted as Sunni Ittehad Counsel candidates. Do not you think, Sunni Ittehad Counsel has all the rights for these reserve seats?

Qazi only delayed this case to make the things more controversial such as Senate elections, president elections, Speakers etc.
Means itna gand phala do, ko sanbhala na jaye. This is our military motive as well.

Yes.

Justice Mansur Ali Shah's education, his caliber, his understanding of law and his international standing as a custodian of human rights juris prudence as compared with Kazi is way too high. Nobody knows Kazi outside the international borders of Pakistan, whereas Justice Shah is a regular speaker at international law circuit. Even now he is leaving on May the 9th to attend an International Conference where he will give a keynote address.
So in my assessment such a judge may not take the pressure of the company.... shattering his international image as an upright judge.

And with Justice Athar Min Allah..... Justice Shah's chamber fellow things look dark for the company.

its simple - Mansoor Ali Shah, Athar Minallah & the rest can see that a three year term for fraud Isa means end of their own careers so they have to go by the book for their own survival too. what's more surprising is that how Fraud Isa allowed this bench to hear this petition unless they are all onboard & its all bit of a show for the gallery.
