EVM - Electronic Voting Machine is being used in Indian Elections but not in Pakistan's, why?

Who has been the bigger beneficiary of no use of EVM,

PDM or COASs ?

Pakistani generals and political mafias will not allow EVM because they don’t want free and fair elections.Goon League keeps discrediting EVM by saying if EVM is so good then why western countries don’t use it?.Elections are not rigged in western countries so there is no need for EVM.

I remember seeing a video of shibli faraz (cant find it on youtube), where they were putting the results on the blockchain, which is something I never expected from a govt initiative. even us evms dont have that. Its just the evm vendor going "trust me bro". it was truly modern. but duffers gonna duffer.
