Yes he is right. China urdu doesn't have anything substantial to say in their defense. Their argument is similar to pml n argument which is getting rid of loadsheding. Their tweet is praising surplus whereas the surplus is actually problematic infact extremely problematic for us. Loadsheding didnt hurt as economically that much as expensive and wrongly planned ipp agreements. Now we have electricity but its expensive and in surplus so industry cant use it but still we have to pay for it. So that electricity is practically useless infact a burden for which we have to pay. Pakistan is a poor country and beggars cant complain. If it would be some east asian or European country they would had probably kicked china out of the country
