Lets assume, for some miracle, I start producing electricity free of cost and start supplying to people free of cost. What will happen to already installed 40K MWe installed? Will not government of Pakistan pay based on Capacity charges until 2035 to IPPs?

2 weeks back PTI had event in Karachi and Muzammil and Sami to tell there voters how much progress they have done in finance. They are PTI pro guys and they have to delete it so that China does not mind it.
