Chairman Senate- Party Position: Reality vs False Propaganda by PDM - Media

As usual From last 2 weeks PDM and Media is trying to confuse public with wrong numbers. Even some good media persons are also using the same numbers without checking the reality.

Almost everyone is saying that it is " 47 vs 53" in senate which is completely wrong.

Here is the party position:
PDM:
- PPP = 20 (Even after investing billions in senate election - Thanks to ECP and Justice system)
- PMLN = 18 (including Ishaq dar who will never come back)
- JUIF = 05
- NP = 02
- PKMAP =01
- BNP (Man) = 01
- ANP =02 (ANP is in Govt. with BAP in Balochistan)
- FATA = 01 (other 3 are supporting Govt.)

PDM - Total = 49 ( Excluding Ishaq Dar)

Govt.:
- PTI = 27 (26 + 01 new IND from Balochistan)
- BAP = 13
- MQM = 03
- PMLQ = 01
- GDA =01
- FATA = 03

Govt. - Total = 48 (Don't forget PMLN's Dillawar khan voted for Govt. in 2018)

Undecided: total = 02
- JIP = 01 ( No one knows about Siraj ul Haq. perhaps he himself don't know about his party)
-IND = 01 ( Naseema Ahsan from Balochistan. She belongs to BNP awami which is not part of PDM but this time also supported by BNP Mangal.

After sharing the real facts now the important questions are:

- What if ANP (02) senators vote for Govt. since they are part of BAP's Govt. and also won due to their alliance
- What if PMLN Senators vote against PDM since 13 of them were elected as IND in 2018.. No disqualification. Atleast 02 of them from KPK can do it.

Most important question:

Why Media is Feeding this number "47 vs 53" from last 2 weeks.. Almost all talkshows are based on these wrong numbers and noone is telling the truth.

Simple answer to the question "how Govt. can win"

I totally hate the rule of 2 3rd majority for any change in constitution. There will be any significant change in country without changing the constitution.

After 18 th ammendment PPP has totally drained sindhs budget in their pockets , really sad to see that the constitution are protecting the corrupts instead of the people of pakistan and state.

Concept of two third majority has really damaged the efficiency of the Government and has provided a blackmailing tool to the political parties for their interest.

We need original 1973 constitution but with amendments which are person specific and control the corrupt judges, and no one should above the law no pensions for political appointees and limit the superior court judges and most importantly for commissions mafia in government deals

Yes now finally simple laws can be passed easily without PDM.

Although PTI might not have open majority in senate.. However, if IND formally join Govt. benches then its absolutely no issue..

Even if this is not the case still Govt. can call joint session where simple majority needs 222 votes and Govt. now finally have 226 votes in total.

This is the main reason why PDM was trying to block senate elections and Media is helping them to spread Propaganda that Govt. lost senate elections. whereas the reality is totally opposite

Don't post such things publically .. If someone from PDM's EC saw your comment then they might disqualify Sinjarani after being election as chairman..

Unfortunately, it is not possible since the whole system is corrupt and dishonest.. Normally it should be the task of Pemra to stop Fake news but no one is interested in "Halal" salary.. Even if SC Judges decide to change things positively then things will change but they also have nothing to do with corruption or morality.

Only possibility to tackle Fake Media is to use social media and keep them under pressure.. they do feel the heat whenever they get exposed.

Unfortunately to amend constitution you need 2/3..

Only simple laws can be changed like election act, NAB laws and several other laws which were rejected previously by senate..

Anyways lets hope for the best.. Tomorrow's chairman senate election is very important
