Kion bhai, hamari baari kion??? We hate Mullahs and Mullahs areresponsible for all bloodshed at the ame of religion. A person who supports mullahs; must bear the consequences too.:P
Mir Jaffar sahb, kalmas are probably not important in running the affairs of state today, but they do tell you who you are dealing with.
I think a person who wants to represent Pakistan and claims to be a muslim, should at least know the very basic level of Islam like how many paaraas in quran etc, very basic facts about history of Pakistan and other things that a student of class 3-4 can answer even!
Do you really suggest that such basic level of Islam should also be the domain of madrassahs and mullahs ?
Will you personally let ANY ONE of these ******** run the affairs of your own house? would you?
I think after seeing their state of affairs with this kind of basic knowledge, you dont really need to worry about how their taxes etc. are.
If Fazlu etc are good at repeating these basic aspects of Islam, then yes, of course , go ahead and check his other aspects of morality and then hang him accordingly.
Dont look at glass as half empty. It hasn't served Pakistan any good in last 67 odd years.

Yes, you are right here. Being muslim doesn't mean that one would be a good parliamentarian as well. Because if it was the case then all the muslim countries would have been ahead of the non-Muslim countries.And also There is no rule in Pakistan that says non-muslims connot contest as an MNA or MPA(yes but the prime minister or the president should be a muslim and muslim only). But it is not about good or bad here. It is about the fact that they are what they claim to be. It is about your spirit for your people and nation rather than your own benefits.
When a person comes to parliament he claims that he is there for peoples good so he has to prove it by knowing and obeying the constitution in place. It is not about good and bad. It is about how much you care about the laws in place of a country. Now laws differ from country to country. But every country selects or rejects parliamentarians according to its laws and that is what Pakistan is doing. When you want to come to parliament of a country you have to abide by the rules and make yourself eligible for that country's constitution to show that you respect its laws and that you will server it better. Its more about the behavioral issue than the good bad issue.
Similarly, it is more about saying the truth and lying about something. US president Bill clinton was impeached from president post because he lied that he didn't have relation with his secretary which was later proven to be wrong and he was impeached because of lying. So why not muslim who says that they pray 5 times a day but don't know what is Dua-e-Qanoot should be allowed to contest? I say it again it is not because they can't recite Dua-E-Qanoot, it is merely because they are lying of praying 5 times a day and that they are good muslim.

Since when God has authorized ECP to determine who is muslim and who is not??? Similalry why not ECP check whether they have been circumcized or not (if male)??? by applying htis method, thye will be able to determine RAW, Mossad, Hindu agents.
One more thing, what does it make a muslim to feel superior to non-muslim??? Remember one thing, all humans,irrespective of thier caste,clan, colour and creed, are equal and no one has superiorty( self proclaimed) over others.

You seem to have not read my comment and have pasted your answer. I said it is not about religion and even non-Muslim can be parliamentarians in Pakistan and there is no rule which prevents non muslim from becoming an MNA or an MPA which is enough to show that it is not about religion but the commitment of a person of being a truthful person who wants to lead the nation. Please read my comment once again. Or let me tell you the moral of that comment "A man should be truthful(not necessarily a muslim) who wants to run for an MNA or MPA) as a liar will never want to come to power to serve people but rather himself. If a person says that he prays 5 times then he should prove it that he does, if he can't then it is proven that he is a liar. Similarly a non-muslim running for MPA or MNA is asked a different question to check whether he is trust worthy to lead the people".
