A new tactic by raiwind... they have came up with new plan... portray us bad but hurt the other so much that in the end we remain the only option.... Patwari ab teri daal nahi galniii..

Capital punishment is in law for some reason, if the fed government would not allow the people who deserves capital punishment to be hanged then encounters became a necessity to control law and order situation.

I always give example of Nanha Goraya of Gujrawala, he was arrested but the people there were so afraid of him that they requested him to be taken out, which was later done, his dead body was paraded through out the city and people of Gujranwala took a sigh of relief.
