No one even a firon don't deserve to die without being put to trial(fair trial). Let us not make up a society who takes law in their hands and decide the fate of a certain individual.

If there is a fight between two people in a street both of them think that the other one made a mistake(while in reality if its investigated then may be both or one of them is responsible more than the other). So the investigation part is the law and law makes things clear and then decide the punishment or award.
