Get over it dude. Even though I voted for Imran Khan, I still believe the majority have spoken and what they have spoken is NOT Imran Khan's name. Respect the Majority. The only thing you should be disappointed over is that the majority of Pakistanis do no share your views when it comes to leadership. Big deal. Losses happen. Prepare for the next election.

Imran Khan needs to do his homework right this time:
1. Practice better oratory skills.
2. Hire an actual speech writer.
3. Setup a capable professional campaign management.
4. Appeal to the masses, not just the youth and educated.
5. Get married to a Pakistani woman - Have a functional household. Appearances count in Pakistan.

If Imran Khan could not win with a 60% voter turn out, even when you factor in all the rigging then it is useless protesting such things. Move on.

First off all your PTI rhetoric about tsnuamis, Clean sweeps and what not turned out to be Noora Hype. :P PTI turned out to be the real Nooras in this election. Now that PTI has lost, I suggest you re-evaluate all these terminologies that PTI used. Perhaps its time to come up with terminologies you can actually back even if you win or lose? Does you "Alive" Brain compute that?

Nawaz Sharif is a old horse. He has been in this game since the time Imran Khan was wiping Cricket balls on his trousers and banging all the white chicks in England. You need to understand that experience trumps everything in Pakistan. People in Pakistan do not accept anything new so easily. This election result is a hard lesson for you. A lesson in what is hype vs reality. I voted for Imran Khan not because I thought he would win, but because I thought he was the best candidate I would support. I still think the same. The difference between you and me is that I respect the majority and accept them. You have a hard time digesting this. You cannot hope to win the hearts and minds of the majority by openly criticizing them. That is bad politics. Almost like shooting yourself on your own foot.

I am surprised you know what a smoothie is living in a "third world country". Pakistan is only third world b/c of the corruption. You see, myself and hundreds of thousands overseas pakistanis are willing to come to Pakistan only for IK. Yes, if we can move from there to here, we can move back too. I have lived in Pakistan but eventhough I was not born there still Pakistan is my identity no matter what. Overseas Pakistanis are the most patriotic Pakistanis that you will find anywhere in the world. That's why they wanted a Naya Pakistan.

You are under-estimating the will of people. You have failed to see that the change has already come. You will see how people are going to stand up for their rights now. If the current corrupt rulers fail to recoginze and meet peoples demands, History will be repeated but it will be like when Pakistan was built, a total change for an Islami Falahi Riyasat.

Unfortunately, You are from Lahore and I cant be sarcastic about our food, whether it be the hareesa with kababs from gawalmandi aur lassi in a big aluminum glass.

You are talking to an ex overseas Pakistani. And I regret coming to Pakistan every day since the day I landed. I'd get on a plane and fly away if I'd get a visa out of this place. All patriotism goes down the drain when you can't get food on your plate. Patriotism is a commodity item in Pakistan that can be bought at the right price. Yes I know what a smoothie is.

The people have spoken. And it wasn't Imran Khan's song or name. :) That IS the Will of the people.
