Supreme Court should give mandate to care taker gov. only to do reforms in election say 6 -8 months and conduct those election.
Sometime we have to think some out of box solution. Constitution is not divine book which should always fellow. There is extra ordinary situation and we have to deal with it

In case death of PM / President their deputy take over chage. It's happen on Zia's death. Whole government stay active, nothing change in death PM.
But here imran / TUQ demands of whole government removal. So in this case these questions are very much valid.

Barca asked a question from intelligent people or people having some common sense and he clearly asked people who have no answer or are full of sh!t not to respond but apparently as a proud paid member/tout of the patwari league you still had to blurt something that wouldn't make sense just like your leaders. Barca jee ... you still have the senate who's a legislative body and constitution allows a caretaker set in these situations which all parties agree to. Hopefully we can get some honest and patriotic people unlike the corrupt slaves of gullu butt league and other status quo parties who can pass legislation ensuring we have an unbiased NAB, courts, and EC and most importantly we should have electronic voting just like our neighbor India and other countries to ensure that the nation's mandate is not stolen and that elections are conducted fairly and justly in every part of the country.
If people start resigning like this then no one will be prime minister for more than a month. Any party can bring 50 to 60 thousands people in Islamabad especially Mullah parties.
What happened to dharna against Nato supplies? I thought Idiot Khan promised that Nato supply will never pass through but Nato supplies are continue through Peshawar. Idiot Khan has a habit of doing these marches. Just before election Idiot Khan was going Waziristan and now he is taking his idiots supporters to Islamabad.

Well if you go with the procedure written in the constitution then New Care Takers which will be selected by Govt. and Opposition Leader.....but then IK objects on that and says that if PMLN and PPP are going to choose New Care Taker then all the hard work and the purpose of this march goes waste.
So IK says that a new Care Taker to be selected by consulting all parties and that Care Taker must be Non Siasi.
Now you can see the above two scenario's are poles apart that is why the situation is so Fluid and No one knows what is the ultimate result at this point of time.
My assessment is that when Azadi March becomes a Dharna and masses get seated in Islamabad then Govt. will be put under pressure from all sides..... which will initiate a ultimate dialogue where different scenario's will be discussed and what is agreed upon by all will be declared.
If God for bid things goes violent then Army comes in to play to mediate OR Azadi March turns into Boot March.

Senate can not make any change in law with passing through parliament which has majority with pmln. Under constitution of Pakistan only prime minister and opposition leader can pick interim government. Also, there is no way that anyone can force prime minister to go home other than army on gun point.
