Get a studentship of a scholar of quran and hadith, a simple muslim without understanding of Arabic language can see what is the meaning of this ayah with the help of right authentic quran translation. Do u think Hazrat Jibrael can do any thing without the order of his Lord Allah (SWT)? Do u know the difference between a human, a jinn and an angel? Why r u tryin to create confusions when things are very clear cut and get yourself a Quran with right translation and tafsser.........many ppl have tried to change these two and to make things complicated rather than simpler.

Translation By Yusuf Ali: She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects.
Translation By Shakir 17: So she took a veil (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our spirit, and there appeared to her a well-made man.
Translation By Pickthal 17: And had chosen seclusion from them. Then We sent unto her Our Spirit and it assumed for her the likeness of a perfect man.
Translation By Mohsin Khan: 17: She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent to her Our Ruh [angel Jibril (Gabriel)], and he appeared before her in the form of a man in all respects.

Translation By Shakir: She said: Surely I fly for refuge from you to the Beneficent Allah, if you are one guarding (against evil).
Translation By Pickthal: She said: Lo! I seek refuge in the Beneficent One from thee, if thou art Allah-fearing.

Translation By Shakir: He said: I am only a messenger of your Lord: That I will give you a pure boy.
Translation By Pickthal : He said: I am only a messenger of thy Lord, that I may bestow on thee a faultless son.

Read the following verses of Sura Ash-Shura for further clarification:

لِّلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ إِنَاثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ الذُّكُورَ

To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills (and plans). He bestows (children) male or female according to His Will (and Plan), (Qur’aan, Sura Ash-Shura, 42:49)

Or He bestows both males and females, and He leaves barren whom He will: for He is full of Knowledge and Power. (Qur’aan, Sura Ash-Shura, 42:50)

It is not fitting for a man that Allah should speak to him except by inspiration, or from behind a veil, or by the sending of a messenger to reveal, with Allah.s permission, what Allah wills: for He is Most High, Most Wise. (Qur’aan, Sura Ash-Shura, 42:51)

Are you accosting me while pasting these Ayats?

How come you differ saying of Syedi Rasool Allah Sal Lallah o Wasalam:

Volume 8, Book 76, Number 434:

Narrated 'Uqba bin 'Amir:

The Prophet went out and offered the funeral prayer for the martyrs of the (battle of) Uhud and then ascended the pulpit and said, "I am your predecessor and I am a witness against you. By Allah, I am now looking at my Tank-lake (Al-Kauthar) and I have been given the keys of the treasures of the earth (or the keys of the earth). By Allah! I am not afraid that after me you will worship others besides Allah, but I am afraid that you will start competing for (the pleasures of) this world."

At least sigh of relief as Syedi Rasool Allah Sal Lallah o Wasalam has predicted that His Ummah won’t do Shirk!

Now read another:

Book of Asking apostates and those who separate themselves in obstinate rebellion to repent and fighting them

Killing Kharijites and heretics* after proof is established against them

The words of Allah Almighty, "Allah would never misguide a people after guiding them until He had made it clear to them how to have taqwa." (9:115) Ibn 'Umar used to consider them to be the worst of Allah's creation. He said, "They took verses which were revealed about the unbelievers and then applied them to the believers."

Following points:
a) the addressee are "Annas" (all people). When mode of address is to all mankind then in it, is included everyone
irrespective of creed, religion, nationality etc.
b) "Min Donnallah" means "anything" whatsoever and whichsoever it may be, including, humans, dead, living, statute
everything.

c) So apart from Allah, whosoever it may be is totally helpless no power whatsoever;

d) Manganay wala (seeker) and jis saay manga bee jaa raha hay( from whom it is sought), both are weak.

Every namaz has surah fatiha and without surah fatiha namaz is naqis as per hadith of saheeh bukhari.......
see the following link with references at the last page that there is surah fatiha in namaz-e-janaza
http://islam40.blogspot.com/2010/01/namaz-janaza-ka-sunat-tareeqa-ahadees.html

I know a lot of ppl and web-sites (http://www.darululoomtt.org/fatwa_156.shtml) say if namaz-e-jinaza is like ordinary namaz then they should be rakoo and sajda etc.
Those who use such arguments, donot even let muktadi recite surah fatiha behind imam in normal namaz..........i have personally faced this situation by a hanfi imam.

Answer is simple brother, if the prophet (pbuh) did it and asked his followers to do it, we must do that and we should not try to confuse things with lame excuses as this is against our fikah or imam etc.

Please Sura Fathiha in ever Rakat is not for the Prayers behind Imam

Read These Hadith

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Nuaym Wahb ibn Kaysan that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say, "Someone who prays a raka without reciting the umm al-Qur'an in it has not done the prayer except behind an imam." (Book #3, Hadith #3.9.40)

Malik Muwatta
"Whoever catches the ruku has caught the sajda." (Book #1, Hadith #1.3.17)

There are enough to show us that Sura Fathia in ever Rakat is needed but not behind Imam

It also clarifies one of your ABJECT objection “BABA SHAH JAMAL, PATAR DEY RATA LAAL”.

The extreme degree of "Ignorance", what you wish to convey by this.
BTW from where you got that "that angel" was Gabriel, do you have any proof,
Apart from "Gabriel", there are many other angels. Prove it that one who came
to Mariam was Gabriel.
The Angel was sent by Allah with a message. Tumari Aqal where it is, do
people pray/invoke/call angels so that you are, in response to my post, quoting
angel.

One thing now last I tell you, "Mind your language and selection of words",
I shall revert your words to your one place where it will be very difficult for you to
get them inside or throw them outside. I think you made this ID only to destroy the

[Pickthal 25:18] They will say: Be Thou Glorified! it was not for us to choose any protecting friends beside thee; but Thou didst give them and their fathers ease till they forgot the warning and became lost folk.
The verses convey the following:
i) "Hum" in verse No.17 are those people who deny the Day of Judgement and are referred in Verse No.11.
ii) "They" in verse No.18 are those "Slaves of Allah" to whom such people used to worship during their life.
So it is amply clear that verses are not talking about "Bueht(sanam), statute", but about those pious people of Allah
to whom the people worshiped after their death. These Pious people are giving witness against such Mushriks.
before their Lord.

Re: It is SHIRK to believe that Angel Jibrail or any saint can bestow you with a son

THE QUESTIONS ARE, IF IT IS:

a) PERMISSIBLE TO INVOKE/PRAY TO DEAD AND VISIT THEIR SHRINES;

b) permissible to Invoke passed Prophets, Valis, Qutabs;

I think you made this ID only to destroy the
thread.

I am a simple muslim and i only want to follow the prophrt(pbuh) who's guarantee has been given by the Rab-ul-Alameen.

Ulmah of hadith rate saheeh bukhai as the top most book in the rating of all hadith books.

Following link gives the reference of the hadith (i am talking about) and also explains the health of hadith which says al-fatiha behind imam is not obligatory.

For me these references are enough.
Allah knows best
