His argument aside (I don't agree with anything that he has said). I think in today's society problems lies with people quoting Hadeeth and Quran without giving references. One thing that I have learned through my worldly education is that when you quote someone or something then you give a proper reference for the audience if they desire to confirm the finding and from there on then can make up their mind in believing or rejecting. I see many such posts on facebook now a days without proper reference and authenticity and that can lead to Kufr in some cases. Such people should not be allowed to discuss religious issues. Many of us on this forum know how to read and write and therefore we are able to come to a conclusion but millions of people watching these programs in Pakistan can easily fall for such things and develop a false idea and understanding of the Religion. It is a very thin line to walk and such things should not be allowed at all. In my opinion even if a scholar comes on tv and discusses such issue then he/she should provide references and should also declare that people should look into the matter themselves before forming a belief.

I never heard him say that a woman has the right (given in the same Book) to chose not to perform any domestic chores.
And maybe he should recite all the rights that a married woman has been granted to that must be fulfilled by the married man with no questions asked.

Mutlub I have never heard anyone actually teaching boys the responsibilities and duties of being a husband in our religion...........
