@Fazail Mughal, I have already explained the position Abbasi try to take. He had been misunderstood, he clearly had not said that Ulema cannot declare Qadians non-Muslims but he only thinks that the state should be out of this debate. I don't agree with him. I agree on the part that Qadianis should be treated good as a minority and non-Muslims and should not be persecuted because of their faith. IF Abbasi made his point like this, he would have been right.
Coming to your comments, let me just say to you, following the teachings of Mirza Kazzab and his son Mehmood the II Ka-lip Qadians firmly believe that they are the true Muslims and we the Muslims are "Kafirs". So my friend your suggestions is not going to work at all. They are hell bound to call all Muslims Kaffirs, because we don't believe in Mirza Kazzab's false prophethood. Mirza was a Kazzab, even if we keep the religious part of beliefs out of it. He had blatantly lied about the death of his brother and father which he claimed to be foretold to him through Wahi (Nauzobillah). Here is an image from Mehmood's book "Aina-e-Sadaqat".
The Qadianis declared Muslims Kaffirs long before we the Muslims declared them Kaffirs. I have debated with Qadianis for 5 years. I can promise you that if we were living under their government , they would have slaughtered us all.
They also claimed as you can see in the image posted above that the name appeared in the Holy Quran "Ahmed" was not used for our beloved Prophet SAW but it is the name of "Mirza Kazzab". I have taunted them many times that how could Mirza be Ahmed!! when his first name was Ghulam and not Ahmed. I have challenged them to take me to the court and I will prove that in a court of law that he cannot be "Ahmed" under any circumstances. Either using the current English/Western method or Using Islamic or Persian method which proves that he was named as "Servant of Ahmed" i.e. Prophet SAW.
But still I believe that they should be treated with humanity as Non-Muslims. Thats the line should have been taken by Abbasi, but he made a terrible mistake by towing a classic Liberal line.
