Cyril Almeida should not be imprisoned for the time being as we all believe in freedom of press and social media to a degree which does not clash with core islamic values , core state values and core personal freedom values.
Have a look what this man was writing and decide yourself , He writes for dawn and Dawn is a pro west , pro usa, pro Shia and pro liberalism like most other English papers of pakistan and their journalists.

If I were in place of sharif as head of Islamic republic of Pakistan , I will have a close look at this man and his doings and his funders and inspirators . I will not confine my self to this latest news item or its source but on his whole array of objectives.
Considering that with thousands of dead soldiers and money in billions of dollars spent on war and all types of reasonable looking anarchists abounding in country and whole factory of antipakistan news items on international press and with this pakistan barely out of this with efforts of the three sharifs , this man Cyril is not in tune of national needs.
I do not think any real harm will come to him as his written articles are like this since long . But remember that Portuguese ancestry which Almeida may have is important to the issue , though not that much .
Almeida must realize that Portuguese or him having Goan indian catholic ancestry that Portuguese were the ones who planned the destruction of Islamic trade cities from West Africa to East Africa to Red sea , to india to Malaccas and planned even to economically cripple and even invade entire muslim world including may be Jeddah and holy sites . I will write a thread on that soon on marshall Albuquerque and his own and his kings effort to successfully cripple the trade of entire Muslim empire to great effect .
Mr.Cyril Almeida is most welcome to be in Pakistan infact we want him not to run away and he not responsible for what happened between 1500 and 1580 and for havoc caused on Muslim cities all over the world but he cannot certainly try to ruin us by his reporting . His target has not been sharif alone but others . However he is not alone to watched closely there is former PMLN MNA from chakwal , there is Afrasiab Khattak and there are several others whose long term objectives are not clear .Are they journalists or are they non patriots who write to spread problem at others behest is a question .

This time almeida hit the nerves of Nawaz but usually he hits the nerves of proislamic lobby and their doings.
His Exist control list order should not be revoked even if Pope of Rome requests that unless he comes clear of any wrong doings . He should not be detained . I always give benefit of doubt to younger people than us.
