Only something that is not a crime is not punishable, so according to you there is punishment for corruption hence its not a crime. Only you folk are the kind of people one has to explain their own statements to them.

They seem to be talking different things because each statement is describing a different time or event of this unparalleled legacy, but they are all correct in what they are telling.
