HOW RIBA IS DANGEROUS

Taking interest(riba) is haram and is very clear but what about if someone has to pay interest if he taken a loan and pays it, can someone please put light on it thru quran and hadith. Thx
In my opinion taking interest as well as giving both are haram. There are some valuable videos on net by islamic scholars, the one I like are from Sheikh Imran Hussain. Please google it.

Muslim (1598) narrated that Jaabir said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who consumes riba and the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and the two who witness it, and he said: they are all the same.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
That is, (they are all the same) in terms of being cursed, because they co-operated in that.

My question is very simple "I need to see a Hadees or quote from Quran that, giving sood or Riba is haram" if I get a straight forward answer to it, that would be great.

1)According to the quraan everything belongs to Allah alone and none else.

2)He has given the whole of universe along with his revelation to mankind to manage it for their own benefit according to it.

3)In his revelation he tells mankind to do everything they can to ensure well being of each other with full help and support of each other as a proper human community.

4)In his revelation he told people to not to live by way of life based upon personal gains at the expense of each other instead live for each other according to way of life advised by him. Why? So that by living according to the way of life advised by God mankind could live a blissful, dignified and secure life in this world and be rewarded for it in hereafter as well.

5)The quran on that basis challenges humanity that they can never find a better way of life than the one advised by Allah ever even if whole of humanity joined together from all backgrounds and walks of life.

6)The quran advises a self regulating way of life for humanity where there is no force involved other than well being of humanity itself.

7)If people will live by any other way of life than the one advised they will never be corruption free because by any other way of life they will keep on inflicting painful suffering upon each other in different ways. To inflict loss or pain on anyone by anyone is strictly forbidden in deen of islam. This is why money or any such mechanism based TIJAARAH is HARAAM in deen of islam because it is based upon principle of gain and loss.

8)Choice rests with people to learn way of life advised by Allah properly and adopt it faithfully or carry on fighting each other over things of need forever with no end in sight.

9)It is a fact that cannot be denied that people need each other's full cooperation to live in this world a worthwhile life if instead they will take the road to harm and destruction then end cannot be anything but harm and destruction. People can go for unity, peace, progress and prosperity or they can go for divisions, anarchy, stagnation or even regression and ruin.

10) The quran is not called the criterion for nothing but for showing clear differences between two opposing ways of life.

11)People should start getting education and be able to think things through thoroughly so that they could make informed choices and save themselves from harms and destructions by hands of each other. Start comparing different ways of life and see which one is the best way of life for them to live by. Don't waste time in listening to nonsense of mullaans rather get help from people of knowledge who know what they are talking about. As I explained in another thread, deen of islam is not established in any state anywhere in the world and it cannot be established by people who have no idea what it actually is. Therefore each and every person who wants to help establish deen of islam anywhere in the world must first and foremost learn it properly. Only if one knows deen of islam properly one can help others know it properly. This is what preaching deen of islam is all about. Once its knowledge has been gained by most of the people properly only then they could establish it by coming together for this purpose.

So don't waste time in listening to nonsense of mullaans rather get involved properly ie systematically and methodically. No one can accomplish anything in life by random steps or inconsistency. Illiterate, ignorant, uneducated and confused people who lack sense of making proper sense of things cannot be expected to accomplish anything at all let alone fulfil mission given by God. Remember islam is deen not a system of senseless pooja pat. Find out what deen is about. It is about how people should fulfil their daily needs the best possible way and not about things which have no part to play in human development, progress and prosperity.

If we read the quran messengers of God were opposed by state mullaans because they were instruments of kings or rulers or tribal chiefs of their times. That was their way of life which they wanted to preserve. It was all about a few people ruling over masses using them for their own ends abusively just as governments of today use their people. If people want to bring real change for the best then the only way it can be brought about is the way I have clearly explained for those interested. Rest can carry on as they have been and keep facing the same fate over and over again and again.

If you do not want to be a slave then don't try to be a master because tables have been turning. If you like making others your slaves then don't complain when others make you their slaves. If you do not want to be dominated by others in a negative way then don't try to dominate others in a negative way or you are going to regret it sooner rather than later.

My question remain same, Please provide me any quote from Quran (Ayat number) or Hadees (Hadees number) that paying Riba is haraam...As everyone knows that taking riba is haram....I would be very thankfull...

ابو احوص نے ابو اسحاق سے اور انھوں نے حضرت حارثہ بن وہب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ منیٰ میں دو رکعات نماز پڑھی ، ( جب ) لوگ سب سے زیادہ امن میں اور کثیر تعداد میں تھے ۔ ( یہ اللہ کی رخصت کو قبول کرنے کا معاملہ تھا ، خوف ، بدامنی یا جنگ کا معاملہ نہ تھا ۔ )

TRANSLATION:
علی رضی الله عنہ نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے والد اور اپنی ماں کو سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی الله عنہ کے سوا کسی کے لیے جمع نہیں کیا۔ جنگ احد میں آپ نے ان سے کہا: ”تیر چلاؤ، تم پر میرے ماں باپ قربان ہوں“، اور آپ نے ان سے یہ بھی کہا: ”اے بہادر قوی جوان! تیر چلاتے جاؤ“۔
امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- یہ حدیث علی سے متعدد سندوں سے روایت کی گئی ہے، ۳- اس حدیث کو متعدد لوگوں نے یحییٰ بن سعید سے، یحییٰ نے سعید بن مسیب سے، سعید بن مسیب نے سعد بن ابی وقاص سے روایت کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا احد کی لڑائی کے دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرے لیے اپنے والدین کو یکجا کر دیا۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”تیر چلائے جاؤ، تم پر ہمارے ماں باپ قربان ہوں“، ۴- اس باب میں زبیر اور جابر رضی الله عنہما سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

Sorry bro I see there is something wrong here.
If you look at post 62 on this thread, bro Choice quoted Muslim 1598 about ribba, giving, taking, even recording and witnessing cursed by the Prophet SAW. Here you have come up with some things different. I have to do a bit of research myself on this.
