The court observed that no evidence was suggested by the medical report of the girl.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) on Thursday exonerated a suspect, who had been accused of raping a girl in Sargodha, after eight years.
Reportedly, a two-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa ruled that substantial evidence could not be found in the case and termed it ‘an act of adultery’.
The court also observed that the girl had not reported the matter for the seven months and when people caught them in a wrongful act, she went on to complaint.
The girl reported that suspect Nadeem Masood had been raping her, and got her pregnant.
Meanwhile, her father pleaded with the court for justice and said that the suspect was an influential person of the area.
To which, the top judge replied “now the decision which comes in favor of the victim is considered as justice, and otherwise the court’s ruling is not honored”, adding that the medical report did not suggest any evidence that she was raped.

فریقین کا موقف سننے کے بعد عدالت نے ملزم ندیم مسعود کو 8 سال بعد مقدمے سے بری کردیا، عدالت نے قراردیا کہ استغاثہ اپنا مقدمہ ثابت کرنے میں ناکام رہا، لڑکی زیادتی کے وقت بالغ تھی، یہ زنا باالرضاء کا کیس ہے، لڑکی نے 7 مہینے تک کسی رپورٹ کا اندراج نہیں کرایا۔ جب لوگوں نے خاتون کو دیکھ لیا تب اس نے زیادتی کا الزام لگا دیا۔

Wait for the full verdict to come out before scoring points on it.
This is my guess: Zina bil raza is punishable by 4 - 10 years imprisonment as per PPC. Since the accused has already been in jail for 8 years, so his penalty was offset!
But again this is my assessment. I wouldn't comment more before reading the full verdict!

کیوں بھیا کیوں بچے کو گھما پھرا رہے ہو؟ لفظ بالرضا کیسے اسلامی ہو گیا؟ زنا کو دو حصوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے جو اپنی مرضی سے ہو اس کو عربی میں زنا با لرضا اور جو زیادتی ہو اس کو زنا بالجبر کہا جاتا ہے ۔۔ اس میں اسلامی یا غیر اسلامی کیا ہے؟

I asked for proof and facts not gossip. Salon is hardly proof.
Can you link the actual Google page or article or at least more authoritative site than Salon.
Also searching for porn doesn't mean that all of these people watch it. You claimed that Pakistanis watch porn and tops the lists, any proof for that?
I have searched for a lot of weird things in my life to understand what it is. Didn't mean i watched it.
Someone mentioned meatspin on a discord chat a few months back and i googled what it was. Read the urban dictionary page and that was it. I didn't watch it.
The articles you linked are more in gossip and clickbait style than facts. It doesn't mention a single Non Muslim country and focuses only on Muslim country.
Are you telling me that Non Muslim countries don't watch porn at all?

Read again the headline of your post: ملزم کو 8 سال بعد رہا کردیا
As per the law, your sentence starts from the date you were first jailed. Not when the verdict of the court comes out! So if it is decided today in the judgment to give him 8 years jail, and he has already been in jail for 8 years then he has already served his sentence! Samajh lagi? Ya urdu mein samjhaaon??
oo plz for god sake. no one can show you porn watching people vidoe as a proof. its a google data and for developed countries its authentic. dont care about pakistani denial people(shatarmurg) in same survey usa was on top in 2017 but usa didnt denial like u.

فحش فلمیں بنتی ان کے لئے ہیں جو اس کے لئے پیسے بھرتے ہیں جو ظاہر ہے پاکستان میں تو نہیں ہیں ان کے خریدارتو یورپین اور امریکا میں پائے جاتے ہیں۔ ویسے جب پاکستان میں جب نئی نئی ٹیکنالوجی آئی جیسے کے ودیو کیسیٹ پلئر پھر ڈی ، وی ،ڈی پلئر اور اس کے بعد موبائل فون اور انٹرنیٹ تو حسرت کے ماروں نے پہلا کچھ عرصہ تو اپنے دل کی حسرت مٹائی ہوگی پر اس کا یہ مطلب نہیں ہے وہ اسی ہی کام پر لگے کے لگے رہ گئے۔
