My friend, the most proper forum to raise the question is SJC. When the question is being asked on that forum, you are saying it is a conspiracy? Let's say it's a conspiracy, and Army and PTI both have some kind of resentment against him, why on the dearest Earth he bought the properties abroad and has given both of them a chance to take him to cleaners? Why?

Just because he writes against PTI and Army, and favors PMLN in controversial decisions (by technically closing Hudaibiya Paper Mills case on technical grounds), he doesn't get automatic impunity.

Imran Khan has to answer on his London flat, Nawaz Sharif had to answer about his properties in London, now he will have to answer about his properties.

Tomorrow if we find an illegal property under army's general name, we all will stand together against him citing the very same reason.... that politicians had to answer, a Supreme Court judge had to answer so an Army General will have to be answerable as well. If today we save just one guy, tomorrow other institutions will get a huge reason to say that they aren't answerable because no one asks judges then why they ask us..
