Your argument was valid if he didn't file the form.. There is no legal requirement to file the form. But if you are filing the document, you have to be truthful.

These morons being controlled from India have a tunnel vision when it comes to facts. ok - based on your messages, I have concluded that you think that:

• There is no doubt that Bajwa's brother owns this empire of Real Estate portfolio including a mall, 133 franchise of Papa Johns, Dairy queen in UAE etc. It could be (and would be) all their hard work... I am not doubting that.
• There is no credible proof (yet) that Bajwa's wife is involved in these companies. There is only one fuzzy fax copy.

Sure can u show me the copy of the form please and as i said no one should be above the law if this is the case then bajwa needs to face the music

Did u read the form? It says in moveable assets that shares in family business and then it says in wife's name :/

Under this there is "Business Capital within Pakistan - NIL"
"Business Capital Outside Pakistan - NIL"
Wife investment: 31,00,000 PKR - $18,000 in the empire of Millions dollars??

Sure it needs further clarification on general's part and should be asked his asset details but u said he didnt show it which he did now u r contesting the amount.. either show assets beyond mean or simply file a petition in the court that the assets are dubious and cort meeds to ask sapm for further clarifications
