Totally wrong approach - Mehkama taleem should be checking the teaching methodologies applied in class like differentiation, inclusiveness and multimodel learning especially with younger children. That is your 'Mahkama Taleems' fault if you have inducted teachers who don't even have the very basic knowledge of primary subjects.
This is basic math if she can't even do that, she shouldn't be in school

That is not the way to do a walk in. A teacher should be teaching according to her plan. A teachers subject knowledge is assessed in her University and selection exam/interview. These idiot Mahkama taleems should be fired.

Major reason for this is that in primary schools, teachers are assigned to any and every subject, in a generalized manner. You dont need to be an english major to teach english, or a math major to teach math. All you need is a B.Ed. and you are 'authorized to teach all subjects.
