Now people like Arif Karim will not comment here. there is some blood matching issue as well and it has nothing to do with being cousins so yea a blood screening should be done as well. but keep in account all those people giving examples are of remote poor villages where there could be radioactivity due to mining and malnutrition or no vaccination

No problem in marrying cousins if you have no plans of having children.
