1st of all. What kind of person was making the video where are the right time turns the camera to the ground!

2nd I was thinking this must be a difficult airport like khatmandu surrounded by high mountains and with bad weather, and these factors must be the cause.

After looking at the video and doing some research, Pokhara airport is an airport with an easy approach and we can see weather is just fine. So its either a technical issue, poor maintenance or as most of the times pilot error.
