لاہور:گاڑی سے ٹکرانے پر شہری کا پاپڑ فروش پر تشدد، گرفتار

لاہور کے علاقے نواب ٹاؤن میں گاڑی سے ٹکرانے پر شہری نے پاپڑ فروش کو تشدد کا نشانہ بنا ڈالا،پولیس کے مطابق موٹرسائیکل سوار پاپڑ فروش سڑک پر گاڑی سے ٹکرایا تھا جس پر شہری عرفان نے غصے میں آکر اسے تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا اور پاپڑوں سے بھرا تھیلا بھی پھینک دیا۔


پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ پاپڑ فروش پر تشدد کی ویڈیو وائرل ہونے کے بعد ملزم کو تلاش کر کے گرفتار کر لیا گیا،واقعہ شوکت خانم ٹریفک سگنل پرپیش آیا،جہاں کارسوار کے سامان پھینکنے کی ویڈیو وائرل ہوئی تو ڈی آئی جی آپریشنز افضال احمد کوثر غیراخلاقی حرکت کا نوٹس لے لیا۔

نواب ٹاؤن پولیس نے فوری کارروائی کرتے ہوئے ملزم عرفان کو تلاش کرکے گرفتار کرلیا،ڈی آئی جی آپریشنز نے کہا مزید قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جارہی ہے، قانون سےکوئی بھی بالاتر نہیں ہے۔

This all happens because there is no fuckin rule of law in this country. In civilized countries insurance take cares of such simple things and TBH a papard wala wouldn't be allowed to use the road with his overloaded bike in the first place. Which also wouldn't be allowed on the road unless it had passed an annual road worthiness test and had valid insurance.

And to be really honest me being a car guy who loves his cars would be pretty pissed if some fool due to his stupidity scratched me new car. But this was a bit extreme, I would seek some legal recompense. at the very least a heavy fine to the culprit from the traffic police.

Also there are a lot of people in Pakistan who under the guise of being "ghareeb" openly flout traffic and road safety laws. Being poor does not mean the law does not apply to you.

Frankly as much unpopular it looks like but these vendors have absolutely no regard for others losses. Even bikers will sneak between your car and scratching your car left and right and then playing the victim car. Same goes for Tanga wala who'll take the wrong path or taxis and then say saab janay do and will do it again too
