That unrelated person is party leader of the two govts in both Punjab and KPK. CM of Punjab even took vote of confidence under the constitutional orders of Governor Punjab. So dissolution of the assembly was completely legal under the constitution. That’s why no one challenged it to court when it happened. Dog
