CMs of Punjab and KPK dissolved their assemblies under the constitution after taking vote of confidence from majority of members in their respective assembly. How is this illegal dog 🐕?
Excuse me ... are you talking of Supreme Court of PAKISTAN?
Then remember, anything is possible.

At the behest of an irrelevant individual.
😂
To be honest, this is even not a question of law. Otherwise, can anyone defend the meetings of the whole sitting cabinet in London? that too with a criminal and an absconder?

Yes, but not with any unrelated individuals.
Will it not be hard to prove that in court? Ie if CM says I dissolved it on my own, how can his statement be refuted? Possibility they can bring up previous statements where CM was saying he didn’t want to dissolve assembly, but it would be his last statement and action which would take precedence?

I’m sure this will be discussed in court coming week

SC cannot overrule the constitution because of economy. If SC was thinking about economy during VONC against Imran, it would have ruled in Imran’s favor. But SC protected the constitution at the cost of economy and it will do the same now. Double standards are not allowed in Bughaz Imran.
Another concern is how free and fair elections would be held in the center if there were newly elected governments in the provinces. PTI prefers to simply kidnap the presiding officers.
😂

Why don’t PDM dissolve centre govt and elections can be held together 😂😂

Supreme Court cannot overrule the Constitution. Supreme Court is under the constitution of Pakistan 🇵🇰

I'm just lampooning the PTI neonate. 😂
Nevertheless, the economy and this are major concerns...

Is that a concern? How about the concern that Chief election commissioner is a notorious Bughaz Imrani who always give anti Imran / anti PTI judgments?

This again is not a question of law and the premise of SC to decide upon (ideally). If there is a provision in the Constitution to dissolve the assemblies through legal means and the Constitution also provides for holding up the elections in 90 days under the interim Govt setup, then there is no legal infirmity in it.

But these are Pakistani Courts and we have an International ranking which indicates that anything is possible.

No, but since 1973, provincial and federal elections have been held concurrently with an interim setup. If provincial assemblies were to hold early elections and two provinces would have new governments, how would free and fair elections be ensured? On election day, blood would be shed at all costs.

Courts are there to protect the constitution. Not bend or change it in Bughaz Imran.
Brother, it is not about Bughaz e Imran. It is about Hubb-e-iqtidar, Hubb-e-Corruption and Hubb-e-maal. If IK changes his stance and ensures them that he will not intrude with their corruption and exercise of (backdoor) power, then he will rise up again.

It is the system which is providing resistance to change.

Why did they make the ECP an independent institution in the Constitution of Pakistan?
If every institution is influenced by the sitting government(s), then how can even the Judiciary (SC + High Courts etc.) be trusted for free and fair justice?

If the court allowed the different aspects of these cases to be evaluated, especially with honourable judges like Mandokhel, Mansoor, and Athar on the bench, these issues would, in my opinion, be addressed sooner or later.
