کچھ دن پہلے میری تقریبآ ایک سال پرانی پیشنگوئی غلط ثابت ہوئی اور مجھے شرمدگی اٹھانی پڑی - آج میری چار مہینے پہلے کی ہوئی پیشنگوئی بھی غلط ثابت ہوئی اور مجھے پھر شرمندگی اٹھانی پڑ رہی ہے

یہ پیشنگوئی میں نے پنجاب اور کے پی کے کی اسمبلیاں تحلیل ہونے سے ایک مہینہ پہلے کی تھی - میں نے کہا تھا کہ نونی چور دعایں کر رہے ہیں کہ عمران خان پنجاب اور کے پی کے کی اسمبلیاں تحلیل کر کے اپنے پیروں پر توپ چلاۓ - اور پھر انہوں نے ایلیکشن ملتوی کرنے کے کون کون سے بہانے لگانے ہیں - اور مجھے یہ دیکھ کر سب سے زیادہ خوشی ہوئی کہ اس فورم کے سب سے زیادہ تعلیم یافتہ اور معزز رکن جناب شاہد عباسی صاحب نے بھی میری تائید کی تھی

لیکن نہیں جی میں غلط ثابت ہوا
میری پیشنگوئی ابے اروں کی چلاقیوں پر تھی
پر ابے اری میری توقع سے زیادہ چلاق نکلے جی

بینچ سے نکلے دو ججوں کی دبنگ اینٹری نے مجھے حیران پریشان کر دیا - اس چلاقی کے بارے میں تو میری جد پشت میں کوئی نہیں سوچ سکتا تھا - سوچ کیسے سکتا ؟ دنیا ساری اور انسانی تاریخ میں کبھی اسے نہیں ہوا

اچھا - اور ان دو نوسرباز ججوں نے نہ صرف دبنگ اینٹری ماری بلکہ ساتھ پانامے کے فیصلے پر بھی اچھی طرح رندہ پھیرا​

پنجاب اور کے پی کی اسمبلی توڑنے سے زیادہ بڑی بیوقوفی خان کی میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ قومی اسمبلی سے استعفے دینے کی تھی۔ جب قومی اسمبلی سے پیچھے ہٹ گئے، تو صوبوں کی اسمبلیوں میں وفاق کے ساتھ ہمیشہ کھینچا تانی ہوتی۔ جسکا خمیازہ پی ٹی آئی کو ہی بھگتنا پڑتا۔

لہٰذا اس بیوقوفی کا ایک فائدہ یہ تو ہوگیا کہ یہ لوگ کھل کر سامنے آگئے۔ ورنہ دودھ میں سے پانی علیٰحدہ کرنا مشکل ہوتا۔ یہ اکثر باتوں کا بوجھ پی ٹی آئی کی حکومت پر ڈال دیتے۔ پنجاب میں تو خاص کر یہ حال تھا کہ انکی حکومت ہوتے ہوئے بھی عمران خان کی ایف آئی آر درج نہ ہوسکی او اوپر سے ثبوتوں کا ریکارڈ بھی غائب کردیا گیا۔
اس پنجابی بیوروکریسی، جس میں نون لیگ کے دہائیوں پرانے گُرگے فِٹ ہوئے بیٹھے ہیں، انھوں نے پی ٹی آئی کی حکومت کو چلنے ہی نہیں دینا تھا​

Bro Mocha7, I respect your opinion but I totally disagree with you. Even Banduyaal is not Imrani Judge. They are all Establishment touts, and will always be.

Yaara ji, it was straight away written in the 1st short order of the SC that two Judges have dissented from the decision "For Reasons to be Recorded Later".

When I read this line and listened to the blabbering of PMLN that it is a decision of 4-3, I was sure that these judges are going to come down inexplicably unreasonable in their dissenting note.

During the hearing of the case in Feb, it was also noted that Qazi Faiz Esa raised remarks on fixing of the bench and recused to his office in protest, not hearing any case listed for him.

This Judiciary is not for the nation at all. Take the example of Justice Baqir Najfi. He was considered as Jaani Dushman of Nooreys (from his report on Model town)
But see what message Establishment gave to Imran Khan
Baqir Najfi held court -- in Jail - at the weekend and let NS go to London on 50 Rs stamp paper.

Qazi Esa launches a mutiny.... he is important as being the next in line for CJ. This was enough to threaten Bandyal, that if this friction continued, then Faez Esa may use his powers of Suo moto after assuming the office of CJ and will trap Bundyal after his retirement.

Bundyal did commit this technical mistake on purpose of taking Suo-Moto on a case which was already pending before High Court in its constitutional jurisdiction under article 199.

Commoners do not understand this point, but legally, it was fatal. So, Bundyal provided room for the parliament to make rules on Suo-Moto and kept these two Judges behind the curtains to be unleashed later, when Government agrees to change the Suo-Moto rules. It was a deal all set. It is the only safe passage for Bundyal to retire without being persecuted for what he did "last summer". Because now, Faez Esa will not be able to take Suo-Moto on his own.

Moreover, Bundyal also maintained the optics of "savior of democracy" by this technically wrong action of his. Wiping all the filth smudged on the face of SC after 09 April.

Rest assured, his earlier decision of 1st march will be binned for the loopholes left there for the other judges to exploit.

On the subject of Suo Motu and the benches formation I am 110% in agreement o what is happening in the SC and in the Assembly. I once posted a thread against the Suo Motu mess, and explained how two judges Iftikhar Choudhary and Monkey Saqib Nisar actually Jammed the nation's wheels.

Good question. Yes we do not know even if Faez Esa will be living till the day of him becoming the CJ. We also do not know even if the world will not be doomed before then.

But, we can speculate.

Obviously, Faez Esa has a history and he will be looking forward to settle his score. Other Judges will not be interested in this, as it will leave everyone of them vulnerable in the future. It is the same point Faez Esa raised in his review petition in SC that if today he is going to be ragged, tomorrow, it will become a norm and everyone (the judges specially) will be subject to all this.

Not the response of Faez Esa, but the rules amendment of Suo Moto was part of the deal of Bundyal with the Goon league - you scratch my back and I will scratch yours.

That is why the rhetoric of Noon league of 3 Vs 4 has come so true.

However, this action of Esa shows his rage for revenge.
