Firstly at least primary education should be made free and accessible to all.
Secondly parent of out of school children should be warned and punished
Thirdly teachers should be trained so what they teach is worth something

That is for sure but its a great stop gap measure, just like hospitals, schools cannot pop up overnight. So until such a time ........

Also we all know currently what the system is like, it stinks to high hell and that will take a while to get fixed so why not use the private sector until then to provide such services.

I don't have any problem with the private sector schools, but will they be able to accommodate enough children in their schools?
It would be a challenging task as our infrastructure sucks.
