اسلام آباد: وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات نے کہا ہے کہ پارلیمنٹ اپنے اختیارات کے تحفظ کے لئے آخری حد تک جائے گی۔

وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات مریم اورنگزیب نے بیان میں کہا ہے کہ قانون سازی سے شفاف اور منصفانہ نظام دیاگیا ہے، پارلیمنٹ اپنے آئینی حقوق کا بھرپور تحفظ اور دفاع کرنے کا حق رکھتی ہے اور اپنے آئینی اختیار ات کے تحفظ کے لئے آخری حد تک جائے گی، اس کا قانون سازی کا آئینی اختیارکوئی نہیں چھین سکتا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ عدلیہ کااختیار آئین وقانون کی تشریح کرنا ہے، آئین ’ری۔ رائیٹ‘ کرنا یا قانون سازی کے اختیار پر پابندی لگانا عدلیہ کا اختیار نہیں۔

مریم اورنگزیب نے کہا کہ پارلیمان نے وکلاءبرادری، بار کونسلز اور ایسوسی ایشنز کے دیرینہ مطالبے پر قانون سازی کی ، آرٹیکل 184 تین سے متعلق قانون سازی سے عدلیہ کے اختیار ،آزادی وخودمختاری میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی گئی ، بلکہ ’وَن ۔مین ۔شو‘ اور ’ امپیریل۔ کورٹ‘ جیسے اعتراضات ختم کئے گئے، اب سپریم کورٹ کے تین سینئر موسٹ ججز مشاورت سے یہ اختیار استعمال کریں گے۔

There is no space for martial law in Pakistan. People thinking so are living in fools paradise.
With ever increasing population and inflation, institutions should focus towards better services and creating environment for business and opportunities.

Institutions need to change their priorities. If people are not getting enough opportunities then their own houses will be the victims..
