Maybe the ones sitting in power want that. They can't be that dumb to not realise what they have done.

Supported corrupt PDM government.
Regime change taking down IK whilst he was in power GDP was near 6 per cent.
Middle class and upper class people gone against them.
They can't be that naive that they don't know that US wants PK to default a weaker Pakistan would benefit India.

Everything is as clear as daylight.

Thing is, they don't give a shit. They are fighting for their survival. They know if Khan comes, their ride on the gravy train is over forever and what all they have done to and against Khan, PTI and the country as a whole over the past one year, they are shit scared they will have to pay a very heavy price for it and rightfully so.

So they are fighting tooth and nail to save the system they have built over the past 75 years which ensures they always stay the ultimate power and rulers of the country and to literally save their own skins.

If Pakistan goes to hell, a few 1000 people are killed, its a price they are very easily willing to pay.

it is good, the army has been running the country using politicians as puppets. this has to end and could only end when there is a fight between the people and the puppet masters. Now the fight has started so let's see the results.
