Easy paisa made such a big noise about surveillance about him and his family during his reference, that it is totally illegal to do this to a sitting judge of a supreme court. Then the CJP and PM are on much higher level than just a judge.
And also this whole judicial commission is illegal, a judicial commission can only be ordered by the CJP and he is the only one who can nominate its members. There fore should be challenged to its validity
