CJ Bandial is a fraud and is just blowing dust. PTI is relying on the wrong forum for seeking relief!
Just look at the past 13 months' timeline of Bandial. He has only been releasing the steam from PTI's pressure cooker and facilitating the other power brokers.
1 - Bandial adjudicated against Suri's ruling and nullified the dissolution of NA; Ather Minallah opened his court to threaten the PTI to succumb. (Relief for PDM)
2 - Still no movement on NAB amendments and all PDM members got themselves clean checks. (Relief for PDM)
3 - Strategically played with removing Hamza Sharif and letting PTI take over provincial assemblies so that the inner touts like Fawad Ch. et al could play their part in convincing the whole leadership for the dissolution of the provincial assemblies. This was a trap set up by PDM. They were taunting and calling for dissolution and daring PTI. Their plan all along was to install their puppet interim govts. and when things got HOT, Fawad Ch. et al were in a hurry to jump ship. Some say dubbu even tried to negotiate a deal with PMLN for changing party while he confined himself in the court before getting arrested. Maybe that's why IK didn't speak of him again. 4- Bandial et al forcefully brought the Provincial assemblies' dissolution cases from the High courts into their domain to play the delaying tactics. Every time PTI puts force they give a bit of a show-off relief, but till now they haven't been able to get their orders implemented. 90 days are over. The executive is flouting the court's judgment brazenly, but Bandial k L pr thand hai. The interim govt in Punjab did crack down after 90 days of constitutional term but Bandial and the pack of 3 idiots are still playing hearing pr hearing. (Relief for PDM)
5 - The arrest of IK was another trap, and PTI fell into it because of the knee-jerk response from the people. The emotional/senseless supporters took the lead, PTI 2nd tier leadership vanished, and the wolves made the senseless mob do what they wanted to do. But things were on the verge of getting out of hand since the senseless mob was getting out of control even after 48 hrs.
Bandial and Ather Minnallah again jumped in. How?? PTI lawyers got this supernatural idea that they should pursue the supreme court against IK's arrest. Bandial made the bench the same day, called in IK and released him. EVEN ASKED IK TO IMMEDIATELY ASK YOUR SUPPORTERS TO STOP. Because things were getting out of hand of the handlers. THE RELEASE OF IK AGAIN RELEASED THE STEAM FROM THE PRESSURE COOKER. What next?? IK back to square one. But PTI started getting the bashing and faced crackdown and the rest is history. (Relief for PDM)
7 - Bandial et al declared the arrest of IK illegal but didn't take any decision against those who gave this illegal order that incited violance in the county i.e DG ranger, Minister of Interior and DG NAB. He purposely shoved the garbage under the rug. (Relief for PDM)
6 - Bandial et al have never taken any stance that would go in PTI's favor. Forget in favor they haven't even taken proper legal action who are violating the constitution. But they are saying do dialogue we can't take decisions. Then he attends the lawyers' forum and gives an emotional speech about the rule of law. (Relief for PDM)
Pdm knows the dirty tricks to elude the constitutional hurdles; the establishment f*cking PTI from behind; Bandial et al have been blowing dirt in the eyes of PTI, and the fools from PTI are still living in the euphoria that they will get relief from the incumbent courts.
If this thread can reach out to the PTI folks then this should put some sense in them. If not then say Good buy to elections!
