مشہور ادویہ ساز کمپنی نے پاکستان سے اپنے تمام اثاثے فروخت کردیئے

ملٹی نیشنل ادویہ ساز کمپنی نے پاکستان میں اپنا سیٹ اپ بند کرتے ہوئے تمام اثاثے فروخت کردیئے ہیں۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق مشہور ادویہ ساز کمپنی بایر(Bayer) نے پاکستان سے اپنا کاروبار سمیٹتے ہوئے تمام تر اثاثے فروخت کردیئے ہیں، بایر کمپنی کے تمام اثاثے ایک مقامی کمپنی نے خرید لیے ہیں۔

کمپنی کے ملازمین کی جانب سے بین الاقوامی پالیسیوں کے مطابق ملازمت کے تحفظ کی یقین دہانی اور کمپنی سے علیحدگی کے پیکجزکا مطالبہ کیا ہے، بایر انتظامیہ کے مطابق جس کمپنی کو اثاثے فروخت کیے اس کمپنی نے موجودہ ملازمین کو کم ازکم دو سال کیلئے ملازمت کے تحفظ کی یقین دہانی کروائی ہے۔

خیال رہے کہ یہ پہلا موقع نہیں ہے جب پاکستان میں کسی ملٹی نیشنل کمپنی نے اپنا کاروبار سمیٹ کر اثاثے فروخت کیے،
اس سے قبل نومبر2022 میں امریکی دوا ساز کمپنی ایلی للی نے پاکستان میں اپنے تمام اثاثے فروخت کرنے کا اعلان کیا تھا،
کچھ روز قبل مشہور پیٹرولیم کمپنی شیل نے بھی اپنے پاکستان میں شیئرز فروخت کرکے پاکستان سے منتقلی کا اعلان کیا تھا۔
