The laptop scheme is a way to loot taxpayer money. Showbaz chor will no doubt be 'paying' double to triple the price for each laptop and syphoning off that money into some offshore accounts.

1. Being the sole importer of solar panels in Pakistan..... 100% monopoly, so whatever price he would want, he will charge it to the consumer.
2. He will import substandard merchandise and would sell it on exorbitant rates.

This thug, when he was CM Punjab awarded that Punjab Solar panel plant project to produce so called cheap electricity spending billions of US dollars to his son Salman's company. Salman was owner of company's 80% shares while 20% was owned by a Turkiye company. That project failed because they supplied substandard material. It is lying as junk now.
