A reliable source claims that Mr Mian Ali Ishfaq (who claims to be a 'friend' and is the lawyer of Imran Riaz Khan) used to be the frontman of ISI in Karachi and worked to arrange meetings of ISI officials with the Supreme Court Judges.

Furthermore, the source claimed that Barrister Mian Ali Ishfaq was consulted by the ISI in the Omni group cases. He was working with ISI in that case ; ISI wanted Mian Ali Ishfaq's help in prosecuting Asif Ali Zardari.

Mr Mian Ali Ishfaq readily responds to my posts. Hence, he is invited to put across his point of view on the above claims by a senior member of the Pakistani legal fraternity.

In Pakistan, the deep state is so well entrenched that every smart attorney must have had worked with ISI is some capacity at sometime in one’s life. That doesn’t necessarily make one a devil’s advocate. Ashfaq guy salvaged Imran Riaz on a score of critical upheavals in the past. Where Bundial the CJ’s verdict holds sway no more than serving as a wrapper for shawarma, we have pinned unrealistically high hopes from a lawyer.

I would say, just keep your expectations low from this lawyer because he used to come up with lavish claims every now and then about IRK. This video was 3 days ago.

I just hope and pray that IRK is safe and sound. Journalist Tariq Mateen is the only one nowadays who talks about IRK at start of his every video.
