So 4 people must witness the Zina.
In case of Imran Khan only one eye-witness has been produced.

Where did you get this nonsense from? Please guide me, maybe I'm missing something here.
If four pious adult male witnesses were present during the act of Zina, they must be held accountable for their inaction. It is the responsibility of each individual to prevent immoral acts from occurring in society, and as such, the witnesses cannot be absolved of their duty & must be punished. What do you say?
